GENERAL INFORMATION:
1 For details regarding qualification and eligibility
criteria of faculty prescribed for each post, please visit HEC website
(www.hec.gov.pk).
2 Application forms for the posts can be downloaded from
ASSMS website (www.sms.edu.pk)
3 The processing fee is Rs. 3,000/- in the form of Bank
Draft / Pay 3 Order drawn in favor of Director General, Abuds Salam School of
Mathematical Sciences.
4 For the appointment of Faculty member, HEC letter No.
1-3/ASQA /HEC /NQAC-20/2015 /386 dated: 08.07.2015 will be observed for
condition of post-PhD experience.
5 Candidates having adequate Post PhD teaching / research experience
will be preferred.
6 Application form must comprise the covering letter, a
comprehensive curriculum vitae including a full list of publica tions names and
contact details of three referees.
7 The completely filled application form along with attested
copies of all testimonials, experience, certificate(s). CNIC & CV shall be
addressed to the Vice Chancellor's Office, GC University, Katchery Road, Lahore.
8 Incomplete or applications received after the due date
i.e. 12.04.2021 shall not be entertained.
9 No TA / DA will be paid for interview.
10 Only short-listed candidates will be called for
interview.
11 The ASSMS is not
responsible if call letters are delayed OR not received due to any lapse of
Courier Agency /Post Office/ Telephonic Massage.
12 ASSMS reserves the rights not to fill any position /
withhold /the appointment against advertised positions or to accept / reject
any application without assigning any reason. Last date of sub mission of
application is 12.04.2021.
